To the owners response Just quit!. My piano WAS in perfect condition. You all destroyed it. Your "tech" never left a message I have before and after photos.! Check out my review on FB and yelp y'all. *WARNING 90 % of their 5 star reviews only review one place, this company. They are fake beware! You can tell the fake ones because its thier only review in two years**** update. Of coure no one called to repair my piano they broke. So I called a professional. $200 in repairs!!.

Horrible Company and Experience After using them we couldn’t understand how they could get a 5-star rating until we realized all the 5 stars are thanking so-and-so for the great job they did. Now it made sense - after moving us, the movers did ask that we give them (the people) a good review for a contest they were in. I will say the guys who moved us were polite and professional. Our problem was on the back-end.

**UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW** The first review I made of this company was demanded by the movers the moment they finished. I quickly noticed extensive damage to our coffee table, end table, the trellis on one tomato plant, and more. A nightstand was broken. Many delicate things were moved roughly, and they misplaced the truck so they couldn’t fit everything and wouldn’t work towards a solution, leaving me trying to scramble to collect remaining items in the middle of the night. Multiple items are missing.

I absolutely believe Evan's review. One of the movers I had was extremely unprofessional and made inappropriate comments that made me uncomfortable. He even texted me later that night from his personal number. I can't remember his name. The other mover was friendly. However, he tried to force me into giving a 5-star review before they left my home. Probably why they have so many good reviews. They also lied about pricing, stating they charged in increments but instead rounded up to the next hour.

Update: The owner deleted my post so I am posting again. Makes me wonder how many other 1 star reviews were deleted by the owner. ** The owner had the audacity to call and ask me to change my review and he lied about calling me several times when he never called me(its funny that he used the same reason with all the people who have given this joke of a company 0 stars)...

Dan, the owner, is not someone I would hire again! He doesn’t schedule correctly. He will tell you “my guys are leaving now and will be there in 30 mins at 1pm” 1:30 comes and goes they don’t show up. 2pm passes so you call to check and he tells you they won’t be there for another 53 minutes. Then he tells the customer who pays his bills they didn’t read the contract right and he gave me a window move time of 1-3.

I hired Gentle Hands for my move last month and, unfortunately, it was far from a good experience. I had called a month in advance and spoke to Craig, explaining my previous negative experiences with movers and emphasizing that I was willing to pay for great service. Craig reassured me, promising to send his "two best guys." However, the movers he sent were independent contractors he didn't know personally.

First of all, I had a move scheduled on August 25 and they said they required a $100 deposit and would send me a credit card receipt and email confirming the move. That did not happen. In the meantime I sold essentially all my items and cancelled the service two weeks in advance. Don said the deposit was non-refundable. I stated that was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. If something is non-refundable, it has to be disclosed. I also mentioned I was charged $3.50 over the $100.
