Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were charged $2,300 for a small move with mostly lightweight furniture — with no upfront transparency and no proper itemized invoice when requested. Prior to the move date, they requested an itemized list of what was going into the truck, I happily provided it and yet they still showed up the day of with their smallest truck. They claimed they never received the list.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS A HIRING AGENCY AND NOT A MOVING COMPANY. I booked through this online three weeks in advance for a 9 am appointment to move with a 200$ deposit. They had not reserved a truck, I only found out at noon and the customer service staff was incredibly unhelpful. They gave me a driver's number which led to a dead line with a full voicemail. I call six times to be told about an hour buffer time and I'm told there is traffic.
I personally have had a terrible experience with this inadequate moving company. They subcontracted a third party moving company to move my locker contents to my residence on July 3rd. Even though specific details about the items ( weight and size) were discussed at length the two men were incapable of handling any part of this simple move. A neighbour/ friend even had to help lift a very expensive cabinet because the assistant mover could not lift it at all!

We hired get movers 3 weeks in advance, paid a deposit, reserved and paid for elevators in both buildings, paid for the parking in front so the truck can park without getting a ticket. On the day of the move the movers didn’t show up!!! They were scheduled to come at 9am… we started to call… they initially said give it 1h buffer because of the traffic. Fine!! 10am still no one on horizon. We tried to call and they said they are checking. At 10:20 they told us their truck broke and they are looking for a solution.
