In their own words
Reserved a time for move from a storage unit to our new home. They arrived on-time, took a look at storage unit and said they can't do this. We advised them that we know the previous mover had done a horrible job and it was a mess. We even offered to move boxes & odd things ourselves and sign a waiver absolving them of any damages to any of our property during this move. They said No and just left, leaving my wife and I to just go it alone. This was a very disappointing experience.

GET moving is great to work with. We contacted him several months, and he recommended us to use container boxes for the out of state move, which turned out to be a great solution for our circumstances. In the coming month moving to Dallas area, we've contacted him several times to touch base and update him with the approximate moving date, he has been most professional, responsive, and understanding. When we finally got the container boxes, showed up on time and moved everything quickly.
My wife and I bought a very heavy furniture item (well over 500 1bs) on a Sunday on a private property sale. I needed to get it moved to my residence. I called Get Moving and they answered right away and made arrangements to be there within the hour with 3 movers. They wrapped the item property with blankets, etc (this is very important as I learned from a bad experience in the past) and transported it to my house within one hour at a reasonable price. The movers were careful, professional and pleasant.
I must say Mr. Levi and his crew were professional, persistent and honest with awesome communication! I'm sure we as movers know moving can be happy times and stressful together, so finding trustworthy people can be hard. I'm one that looked around online and picked these movers on a wish and prayer that my belongings and price of labor wouldn't be taken advantage of. I wish I would have known then earlier in my TX life lol. Mr.
My last experience with movers was absolutely the worse. All My Sons left me with such a fear for anyone to touch my things but I had to get someone. Get Moving has restored my faith plus my confidence that there are people out there that care about your things. Levi communicated with me so that I didn’t have to worry, “did they forget me”.
