This is under investigation. We are not taking the blame for the missing china . We have done several moves and did a great job every single time per Michelle Mercer- Caminiti . This is not acceptable blaming us for theft .
Moved 9 days ago with Glamour Moving. Over the phone they were very nice and accommodating. The four movers that came to my home we're very nice and polite. That's where all the nice ended. My stainless steel French door refrigerator/ freezer ended up having to long creases down the front door and little indents on the freezer door, plus the mechanism for the ice maker was broken off. Beware of their insurance, all I received for the damage to my stainless steel refrigerator is $50.
I am writing this on behalf of our 94 tenant who just moved from Baltimore to the DC area. This company was recommended by a friend, but as far as I can tell, they totally ripped her off. She was quoted approx $1,000 - which seemed right for 3 guys for one day. I witnessed the whole event and In fact, most of the time it was just 2 guys. When they left, they presented her with a bill for almost $3,000. Our tenant is on a fixed income, and this almost drained her savings.

The one good thing about the company is that the employees are very friendly! What I didn’t like was that at the beginning I was quoted the number of men and the price that was in my contract BUT, they added another man AND UPPED THE PRICE …
We do apologize but we did refund the cost of the extra man ($150.00) through the credit card you paid your final invoice with. The only item that was left behind was the safe that we were never told about until after the move was completed.
Glamour moving made a bad experience worse…they did not listen to anything I told them to do and up charged us nearly double…even after an extensive meeting…never again!!!!
Over 35 years of moving and you have managed to make it to our top 10 of most ridiculous and indescribable . The amount of items you had in your "condo", and I use that loosely as it was more of a townhouse with 3 levels, was more than our men have seen in years.

The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled my belongings as if they were their grandmother's! Everything was packed, transported and delivered safely without any issues. The movers were professional, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.

What an experience. After worrying about all the things that could go wrong for weeks, what a relief. Jack, Jamie and their crew arrived and made you at ease. Glamour put the entire contents of our 2,200 Sq ft house of 30 years including one of our vehicles and a large lawn tractor and construction equipment on a truck on a Monday by 1:30 PM. Wednesday at 10 AM they delivered our belonging 1,000 miles away. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COMPETITORS. Great value with great service.

The booking process was smooth, with clear communication and a fair quote. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, ready to work. The Glamour team did an excellent job with our recent move to Northern VA. Scott was innovative to reconfigure my office in the loft that was a last minute surprise because space was limited. All of the guys were very respectful and moved all our belongings with care. I would highly recommend Glamour Moving if you are looking to move.
