Mr. Johnson, Go Minis of Louisiana was forced to repossess your container and its contents. Your account was 3 months past due. As stated in your contract, Go Minis of Louisiana has the right to seize the container and its contents upon default of the contract.
Our experience with Go Minis started off great. They were able to get us a container quickly and do a price match. However, it was too good to be true. After 2 rounds of confirming via email and phone on my container transfer date, I found out with less than 24 hours notice that my container transfer date had to be changed because of “being overbooked.” This caused a domino effect of inconveniences for us as we already had movers to help empty the container lined up and needed childcare as well.

The driver who dropped off and picked up the container was not a happy person. He complained about having to get my cable line out of the way so he could put the container in my yard. When he picked up the container he was impatient and …

Horrible experience and would not recommend. Easy to book online but horrible customer service from local branch. They made my entire moving experience difficult. I used their portable storage services (20 ft).
My experiences with this company were very helpful, the storage provided just what i needed it was clean the staffs were professional and kind they understand my plight. I will give them a high rating. Sylvia

The Manager Jane was very rude and had no patience at all with me.I couldn't ask her any questions because I was being rushed over the phone.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This company was unfortunately very difficult with much complications and run arounds. If you have the ability to not use them, I suggest you don’t!

We rented a 20 foot Go Mini of New Orleans and it was a great experience. From the first phone call, they were friendly, professional and everything went well exactly like they said it would. The driver that drops and picks up the go mini container is very polite and friendly, very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. We would definitely rent from this well run company again!!
