If you refuse to give this company five stars on Yelp, they would first harass you and claim this was a faked review. Then they would threatened legal action. If you refused to back down, they would post pictures of your home and full name online. Feel free to go to yelp and see how this business responded to our review. Do you really want somebody whom you initially trusted, invited them to your home, took pictures where they were not authorized to go in, and invaded your privacy like this?
Never use this firm again! During their time with this moving firm, they broke several things. They damaged my 70-inch Samsung television. Avoid using this company since they are irresponsible and never replace anything they break. Before packing the vehicle, they make sure every television is operational. Alex, the mover, turned on each television as we arrived at the new home to unload, and I noticed that they had damaged my own.
2nd time we've used them. This time an employee stole my engagement ring and 2 necklaces. He went digging in my jewelry box while in the bathroom, nothing in there was to be moved. I was told all their employees worked with them for a long time and we're like family. Turns out this one didn't. Before he was caught, the owner wanted to help, after the employee got arrested, radio silence. No apology or anything for lying. I blame them just as much as the thief. Ring was not recovered.
This is not the company you to show up on your moving day like everybody else I looked at their feedback and made my decision these guys were a nightmare the lazy arrogant Russian I think his name was Anton crew chief so called professional mover had a really bad attitude was constantly on the phone complained about everything really did not want to work constantly moaning and groaning acted like he was a banker instead of a mover if you don’t want to lift furniture you probably should of picked a different…
Disgusting! I didn’t chose them as my movers but the seller did. She had no class either. They constantly smoked around the furniture and spit. They were classless. Would never recommend them to anyone!

Definitely a five-star experience. These are true professionals who are great at what they do. Found them on CityMove and their quote for my big ugly move was so competitive that I had some reservations about accepting the offer until I read the reviews, and I have to say I'm so glad I did. Add me to the list of delighted clients. Excellent communication ahead of move, courteous and clear about their process and policies.
Phenomenal! These guys were the best! I seriously can not say enough good stuff about VanTruckMove (now Go TO Moving). Paul was very friendly and prompt in getting our contract over. On the day of the move Nat called about 8 minutes before the scheduled time to let us know they had arrived. Nat, Z, Serge and the driver (I can't recall his name, sorry!) were phenomenal. They were super quick and efficient, nothing was lost or broken and they were just so pleasant to be around.
The whole experience with this moving company was very pleasant and professional. So many times I have moved, but this is the first time the experience was wonderful! Eugene accommodated on short notice and came to appraise and give a quote. Sergio, Rob and Ray who came the next day, 5 minutes earlier than the set time, were very professional and thorough. All three of them were very accommodating to our last minute requests.
I could not have asked for a better experience overall from Go To Moving. From the initial contact to the moment my last piece of furniture was placed down, the entire process was flawless. Paul sent me a quote and addressed all my concerns, my appointment was confirmed by telephone the night before and the crew showed up on time and got straight to work. The crew that assisted with my move did everything from wrapping, disassembling, loading and unloading with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
