They originally were supposed to come between 2 and 3, then switched to 5:00 p.m. Then they called after 6:00 p.m. to say they still needed 20 more minutes to arrive . We cancelled and ended up moving a day late. Very unprofessional. Will never use them again. Don’t waste your money and time on this company.
We really sorry for what happened and could you please tell the full story that we called you 10 times a day before and we did call you in same day of the move and you guys didn’t answer and you called us half hour before your appointment.

I'm a little late in posting this review, considering this company moved us mid December. Well let me tell you, Raouf, Annas & Houssin were AMAZING!!! We had not used a moving company before as we were in our last place for a long long time and to be honest, I was concerned as you hear all these horror stories, but not with this company. They arrived early, and they treated our items as if they were their own. They ensured everything that needed to be wrapped and protected, was, NOTHING was damaged...
I recently used gold line to move my stuff from Langley To Nanaimo and they were very nice and easy to deal with very fast shipping so hopefully I really recommend them to anyone looking for a good price and professional service Thank you again
I recently used Gold Line for my house move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call to the final delivery, the entire team was professional, friendly, and highly organized. They arrived exactly on time and handled every piece of furniture with great care and attention. What impressed me the most was the quality of their packing and protection. Every item was carefully wrapped and secured, ensuring that everything arrived in perfect condition without any scratches or damage.
Abulraouf and his co worker did a move for me. Abulraouf called a few days before to ensure we were good to go. They arrived promptly on time on moving day. I conversed with them both during the move and noted the care they took to wrap my belongings carefully so that they would not be damaged during the move. Also, upon arrival of new destination, l learned that the mgmt of the new location had not blocked the elevator for me.
