This company packed us out as the contracted movers for NASWI. BY far our worst military move. Finally settled in our new location ready to unpack only to find that literally everything reeks of cigarette smoke ( we are all non-smokers). From the cardboard boxes to the goods inside. The boxes are packed haphazardly. Items from kitchen mixed in with clothes and fragile items etc...
Really upset. They really rushed through our service and we're yelling about "guys we are gunna get out of here at noon" . While literally I had to go around and open cabinets and closets that they FORGOT. This has been an absolute nightmare of an unpack. Nothing was labeled so we had no idea where anything was. Some things were just thrown into boxes without being wrapped.

I tried so haI tried so hard to work with the Company, but the customer service over the phone put me in a position to cut ties with the company. I wanted to get some basic information outside of scheduling for an estimate. Crystal would not help me understand the rates for services provided by the company. She grew a very hostile attitude and became very rude as soon as I asked, the following questions.” What is the hourly rate for a crew to come out?
Gave me attitude over the phone with my questions and tried to argue about my question being answered when I had asked a completely different question. I told them it wasn't a good fit and hung up. Their customer service needs some work! I won't be going with a company that is giving me attitude before I am even ready to hire them.
Every single time I talk to the lady that answers the phone, she is rude and unprofessional. Took my business elsewhere.
The workers are not like fettes transportation systems in fargo they covered up stuff they broke thumbs down all the way

First of all it took me a while to post this review since I’ve been so busy and I apologize for forgetting one of the names. It’s gonna be a longer review since I want to be a bit thorough on why I gave a 5 star review. I absolutely am grateful to Falcon and his coworker (friendly guy) for taking care of my PCS move overseas on 01/30/2026. They were both extremely efficient, professional, patient, communicative and friendly. Why I say these about them?

The moving crew reinstated trust in this company! 26 years of service. This was my first time experiencing severe communication challenges. I scheduled my move 3 months in advanced. Dates for my pack out were never confirmed. Greg DeLano calls the day before to inform me that the crew will be arriving between 8-10. I was not ready. I was expecting to work directly with Golden to reschedule but instead he had me call JPPSO, JPPSO advised me to work with Golden. SUPER FRUSTRATING.

Golden Services delivered an outstanding experience from the very beginning. Greg expertly informed us about all the available options to minimize costs, setting the stage for a seamless move. The loading team arrived promptly to load our 26’ truck, ready to tackle the task ahead. Isaac, the job lead and load master, along with Rob, the main truck packing organizer, and Manny, the loader, came prepared to deliver exceptional service.

The office workers seemed a bit busy when I went in to see if they could help me move. I was told they didn’t have any dates for this month available, then Greg spoke up and asked me a few more questions. He came to my apartment that afternoon and was able to secure a date and time for my move... which was in this month. He explained everything about the move to me and said to call when if I had questions. He was very reassuring while I was just trying to get moved. I really liked working with him.
