DO NOT USE!!! f I Could give it zero stars I would have I have never met such an unprofessional people in my life. Months after my move I still find items they broke. I hired them in September and they still did not pay me for the treadmill …
This is a moving company that forgot the scheduled appointment, arrived late—and although the delay was their own fault—made excuses about having too much stuff, stopped moving midway to go somewhere else, returned late in the evening, and demanded more money. This was a move within the same apartment complex in Little Ferry, NJ, on December 1, 2015.
This was truly the worst moving service. I've moved several times in the US, but since it was run by a Korean, I thought I could trust them, so I booked. I booked a service that had my studio apartment's belongings packed and shipped to Korea, but when I received my belongings, I was really upset. The bill was almost $2,800. On top of that, the packing fee was another $1,000.
UPDATE 8/12/20: The most horrible moving experience I've had. I arranged with the company to have my 1 bedroom packed and shipped to Korea while I was out of the country due to the pandemic. Because they advertised overseas shipment, moving, and packing services I thought this was a reputable and trustworthy place. Long story short most of my belonging were damaged/shattered/carelessly packaged. And they refused to take responsibility for it.
1) They were late for the move-in appointment. 2) They took a $100 deposit when I made the reservation, and even though they said tip was included, they called me after the move was over to ask why I didn't tip. The price was too high for …

We had such a great experience with Gom Moving the first time that we hired them again for our second move, and they were just as amazing. The 3 movers were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They moved our one-bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours while taking great care of all of our furniture and belongings. Everything was wrapped carefully, and not a single item was damaged. Gom made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free.
Five stars all around for Gom Moving! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They showed up on time, which immediately set the tone for a stress-free move. The crew was professional, courteous, and handled every item with great care and gentleness — even the bulky and fragile pieces. Thanks to Mr. Kim and his team @ Gom moving who helped our family move today. We had so much stuff and the team packed everything so efficiently. They also communicated throughout the whole process regarding protecting our furniture. Bulkier furniture were all disassembled then reassembled in our new home.
