Good Greek Moving & Storage

This was the worst move in my whole life! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET ALL YOUR THINGS . You will find things stolen and broken along with bringing a small truck to leave your things behind!!! All written in their contract they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THING! AND ONCE DELIVERING THEY PILE IT ALL IN ONE PLACE AND YOU HAVE TO TRY AND MOVE YOUR THINGS YOURSELF!THEY LEFT $18,000 -$20,000 THOUSAND DOLLARS OF MY THINGS BEHIND BECAUSE THEY BROUGHT A 26 FOOT TRUCK! I ASKED FOR THE LARGEST TRUCK!

Terrible service extremely unprofessional and they charge you extreme extras that they don’t discuss. It was almost 4grand for a few hour move and they didn’t finish packing everything or unpacking . Very unfortunate the experience we had . They made workers wait 30min outside made me pay over 3 grand then charged me again after without my authorization . They charge 25% surcharge to company that they dont discuss beforehand.

I have used several moving companies and this is by far the worst! I paid my invoice and they charged my card again after leaving without my permission. I have my paid invoice in full ! Did not fulfill what I paid for and still charged more. It was also hidden fees and ridiculous charges. When you call they will sell you just to get your deposit then it’s downhill after they lock you in.

These people are incredible! I called him to get a quote on moving. The lady I talked to gave me all the rundown how many athletic teams move with them so on and so on, she also told me that if I get another quote from an insured moving company, they would beat it or match it. I did get a quote for another moving company that was a little over 1000 less than what they quoted me. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me the next day.

At first I was impressed by their quick reply to my request for a quote as well as the professionalism of the salespeople, but things fell apart quite quickly after that. I had a local move request for item pickups at a few local locations which were to be delivered to my new condo. The day of the move, crickets. No confirmation, no communication about possible setbacks, nothing.

Initially it looked like it would go well. They were responsive until I hired them and then it became increasingly difficult to contact them by phone or email. On the day of the move, they were calling me and calling me because they were trying to update contracts and I was trying to get out of the house. I was leaving because I was in danger at my house. I had told them I might need some help at the last minute because I'm older with the packing and they said it was no big deal.

I wish I could leave negative 5 stars. If you aren’t willing to pay over 2000.00 to have over 1000.00 worth of property destroyed, DO NOT HIRE GOOD GREEK MOVERS! I had the unfortunate experience of being at both sites when 3 Good Greek movers packed & moved my daughter and son-in-law’s possessions last Saturday. I sat in the living room to keep out of the way. Now I wish I had followed them around.

Their initial home presentation was very well done by an experienced salesman. It had pictures of glassware and other fragile items packed perfectly. We signed an expensive "they pack everything contract". When move day came the crew asked "did you pack or do you want us to pack"? It was obvious that no communication existed between what the sales person "sold" and what the movers were to do. They did a horrible job of packing - SEE PHOTOS.
