I THOUGHT we had a good experience with this company until I opened our POD. Cracked TV, severely scratched antique, destroyed shelving, dented and scratched bar stools.... I cant believe the mayhem here. Completely irresponsible and disappointing and will NEVER use them AGAIN!
Can't really share any details because they never called me back after three calls and I figured they obviously didn't need my business so I found someone else

I called them, they said we r coming on time, after I waited for half an hour I called company they said we can’t come we are busy, we can come evening! When I asked why you didn’t call to inform me , he said am not the one you talked and I don’t know about the time , then he hangout phone! irresponsible , and don’t know how to respect their clients! I don’t recommend them, they are the worst company I have ever deal with.

Worst Guys dealt with Ever ..... Booked the helping on 4/24/2019 at 1:30 PM two days before and on the day of the helping didn't responded to the calls or either messages ...Worst company .... i would never recommend it
We have Never No showed Anyone . This person probably hired some Craigslist movers and took it out on us. Check out . Our Reviews on all other platforms. Watch out for fake Reviews like this . I wouldn't be shocked if a Craigslist mover set this up

In their own words
I will never NOT recommend (and encourage) Good Guy Movers to my friends and family. My experience: Showed up early (with communication) and finished early. Packed neatly, efficiently, quickly, but but rushed. Handled all of my furniture with care and were mindful of both the old apartment I was moving out of the new apartment I was moving into (walls, floors, etc) as to not scratch or make dings anywhere. Kind, courtous, communicative at every stage prior to and during the move.
Where do I even begin? These movers were beyond fabulous! There were experienced about their trade-so very careful with my belongings and efficient as a team. They wrapped my furniture beautifully and were gentle with ALL boxes. My things were placed exactly where I wanted them once we arrived at my new place. My bed was put together and all tv’s were placed or hung… personalities plus for these guys.. Professional-kind-funny….truly THE BEST.. if anyone I know (or I see a post asking for a referral) about movers..

Communication beforehand was excellent, and the crew did a great job - moving everything efficiently while still taking care. Everyone on the crew had a great attitude and really helped to make the entire process stress-free. After finishing a bit early, they offered to help with some final arrangement of furniture.
