This moving company was horrible. The movers showed up late. They didn’t shrink or bubble wrap any of our items. They broke our 70 inch HD TV and would not pay for it. The movers stopped at the liquor store on our way to unload the truck at our new home. They were also trying to rush the moving job because they said they had another job to do. We were also charged an additional 120.00 for travel time which was never discussed. I would not recommend this company.

Moved from them a few months ago they were working double. Don't know if they signed up for it but they were hung over and much more. Asking to use the bathroom over and over. They ruined my bedframe. Then a few day later I realized things were missing. Call there 3rd party line and no call back. Might be like this because of the bad call back. On occasion a resolution is done at the time of payment. The customer did not mention any resolution at the time of payment. Therefore, customer was asked to submit her complaint to the committee.
You know the saying, "you get what you pay for?" Yeah. That. With this unexpected and unplanned move I didn't have a lot of time to save up money. I saw Good Guy Movers advertising on a Facebook page I belong to and their rates were good. I read some reviews that seemed positive and I emailed the company for a quote. The email exchanges were pleasant and I thought I'd give them a try. Mistake. These movers were whatever is slower than slow.

They were cussing ghetto and moved so slow. I didn't know that when you ask them to move all of the big furniture that means to leave all the pillows behind. I paid $90 an hour to hear these two men call each other the "n" word and argue.. I don't care that I was moving from somewhere that is considered to be a low income based area does not mean I don't deserve professional services. I will not EVER recommend them to move nothing. Not even my dogs house.
