[Post has been edited to respond also to the owner's reply below] We were excited to work with Mr. Big Stuff after seeing all of the positive reviews. Honestly, I have no idea how they are getting these reviews because we had absolutely the worst experience with the movers. Unfortunately, only two crew members showed up because the other ones called in sick. They had minimal moving equipment and the entire time the workers told us how bad their boss was.

Would never use this company after their customer service. My brother Mack Smith who left a review used them Friday. I was there the entire time for the interaction with the crew and they are responding with false statements. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The crew that arrived came in skinny jeans, took multiple breaks- even leaving for drinks. Left the job because they were not physically able to carry more than a lamp shade at one time to the apartment.

I needed some furniture (bedroom suite) moved from downstairs to upstairs and the furniture from the upstairs room was being moved downstairs. Mr. BigStuff came through. They were on time, professional, respectful, and kind. Kevin, Osama, and Zack were very strategic, intentional and careful with our things and worked great as a team. Although, they finished before the time, they did not rush moving the furniture. They also oftered to move anything else if I needed them to, which was very appreciated.
Chose Mr Bug Stuff for our move and couldn’t have been happier. Kind, hard working guys who worked their tail off in the blistering heat. Even helped me remove a few appliances that were not in the original plan. 5 stars and great price!
I booked Mr. Big Stuff Labor & Moving last-minute after my original movers ghosted me, leaving me with only a few hours to get out of my apartment. I had called around with no luck, so I was incredibly grateful they were able to step in. They sent Zack and Kevin, who came as soon as they could and got right to work. They were friendly, kind, and quick, and did a great job handling all of the heavy items and getting everything loaded into my truck.
