What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
1000% percent recommend these folks! They have gone above and beyond for us on nearly a dozen occasions to help us move things within our own home. They have helped us carry heavy drywall and flooring to a basement for a remodel, move our very heavy furniture to our garage and back down after said basement flooded 5+ times, and shift the furniture in nearly every room of our house to somewhere else during a big rethinking of our home layout.
Sara!! Thank you!! We hate that your basement keeps giving you a hard time, but we’ll never complain about having to come hangout for a few hours. You’re the best!
Definitely the best and most affordable movers I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. They were incredibly responsive in the initial stages of scheduling a move date and coming to my apartment to get an estimate of the total weight of all of my things in order to calculate a quote for the final cost. They were incredibly flexible and willing to help me move, despite my new location being outside the Lansing area.
This company was such a blessing! I can’t thank them enough. They were incredibly quick and efficient, handled everything with care, and made the entire process look easy. Moving can be so stressful, but these guys made it completely stress-free and seamless. After using them for this move, I will never move without them again. Not only were they hardworking and professional, but they were also some of the nicest people I’ve met.
WOW! These guys are great! I haven't had to hire movers in 28 years and wasn't sure who to hire. After calling for an estimate, etc. they seemed like the perfect fit. My Mom recently passed away and I had to move her furniture/stuff out. This included antique furniture which they carefully padded/wrapped and moved. Nothing was damaged in the move Keith, Bryson, and Young were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Definitely "movers and shakers". No one should hesitate to hire these guys.
