Would give zero stars if it was possible. They managed to destroy a grand piano and left 10 different dents in the walls/doors on both houses.
We hired 2 guys to help us load our own Uhaul. They arrived on time but needed many reminders to go back into the house and keep bringing boxes to the truck. Sometimes one guy would start organizing the boxes in the truck while the other stood around. They seemed hesitant on what to do. My husband and I probably carried more boxes than they did as they did not move very quickly. They worked for 2 hours, but I paid them for 3 with the 3 hour minimum requirement.
My family got cut off on the highway exit ramp by one of the drivers...no license plate visible...how do they have DOT approval? ?!!!
