About to travel again, looking for storage units. Sorry, but I won't be going back to StorageMart. Last time I put my stuff in a unit here, I thought, "A tiny fence and no other real security other than my padlock?" Sure enough a few months later I got an email on the other side of the world saying someone had broken into my storage unit and stolen half my stuff. "Nothing we can do" said the owners. Guess I should have listened to my intuition. 2 stars for being friendly about it.
We are very concerned to hear about your experience over at our location on 2615 Westside Dr W. We take such matters very seriously and will be conducting a thorough investigation. Please provide us with more details at [email removed] so we can address this issue promptly.
Totally disappointed, provided payment details and email contact information, all input wrong, ended up paying 2 months of late fees. No one seems to care, "sorry not something we credit back" was the answer. Then I was told I'll let the regional manager know, she might get back to you. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I think not. Stay away from these folks.

I’m giving a one star for the simple fact that if you move out early they won’t give you a partial refund at all and the price per month is outrageous other than that it’s clean

My star ratings are for the staff and unit location only. The staff are excellent. I dealt with Zoey most of the time and she was fantastic. Always pleasant and friendly to deal with. Knows her stuff. Great first face of the company. Dealt with Spencer and the manager on a couple of occasions and they were good as well. My only criticism would be the monthly rental rate increases. Seemed like there were increases every three to six months.

Reasonably priced. Units are nice and clean. It was easy and fast to check-in online. The hours to access the facility are perfect, it gave us great flexibility to put our stuff into storage.
