BEWARE!! I used this company to only unload our moving truck through U-Haul’s website, which I paid for their service in advance. The guys didnt finish unloading our things, threatened to keep some of our personal belongings from our home, refused to leave our property and even followed me in their car away from my home demanding my credit card information for a tip and if I didnt tip, they would charge me more. The owner Kyle Turkel even tried to bribe me not to leave them a review.

The movers didnt even communicate with one another, showed up half out of it. I moved just as much items as they did during the move. just awful.

In their own words
Fantastic experience with the Gorilla Men Movers team that helped me load a 15 foot U-Haul for one of my kids moving across the state of Florida to continue her education. Great communication before the move date and always were very responsive to my questions. The two guys arrived on time and inspected what needed to be moved first and figured out the plan to load the truck. They were extremely careful as they wrapped furniture with the U-Haul blankets and shrink wrap so that the items never were damaged.
Used them on 3 separate occasions. Professional, timely, and gentle. I utilized the company for unloading and loading services. Marcus and Jefferson made quick work of my Pod.
We contracted with this company for 8/17 through U-Haul (as RapidMovers) which was disclosed by the manager, Kyle. We were shipping several storage units out of state. Marcus and Yefferson arrived on time. Kyle was always available for a call prior to the move and and kept us up-to-date with status. The movers were very professional, courteous and were able to load literally a stuffed garage of household furnishings including additional larger items still inside our home.
Marcus, Treyvion and Ariel were sent to me to unload a 15 foot truck. A little less than two hours later, in over 100 index heat, and one of them wasn't 100% healthy and still showed up strong. Not one single item was broken or otherwise disturbed. Care, skill and efficiency are what this group is about. I do not give reviews that often, so these gentlemen stood out. My family took note of how well mannered and friendly the crew was.
