I wouldn’t even give these folks 1 star but I was forced to. I booked them and was sent 8 separate emails from them confirming my appointment. They were a no call, no show, when I did call and spoke w Brayden who set up the appointment, he nonchalantly acted like he never spoke w me nor did he set up the move which he in fact did and then said he can do it Monday when it was scheduled for a Saturday as I work on Monday and it would have never even been a option. Extremely unprofessional and rude!
We hate that your experience has led to this review. It’s always our mission to communicate throughly and to plan efficiently for our jobs. For your move specifically, you received the amount of emails because there were some date changes that were brought up. We changed those no problem.

We hired Gratitude Moving based on the recommendation from a neighbor. They did an amazing job! Braydon and his team reviewed our house and belongings, quickly developed a plan, and moved very quickly and efficiently while being extremely careful of our furniture. They were very professional, responsive, worked great as a team and with us. I would highly recommend Gratitude Moving and will absolutely use them again on our next move.

Last Saturday, March 9th, we had the pleasure meeting Braydon & Andrew of Gratitude Moving who took on the task of moving our entire life ( a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house worth of stuff) from a storage unit into our new house. The guys were on time and ready to work. They spent a couple of minutes getting to know us and sharing a little bit about themselves and their company. Very friendly guys with a passion for what they do and strong work ethic.

I can easily and most happily give GRATITUDE MOVING a 5 Star Rating. I have moved numerous times both locally and many years ago with the military. With each move I have dreaded seeing what has been scratched or broken, and without a doubt there has always been a wall or door frame chipped, scratched or made dirty except with the military movers. With GRATITUDE MOVING there was not one thing damaged, not even a scuff to any wall or door frame. Every piece of furniture and box was handled as if it was their own.
