This company was supposed to do a simple move from 1 apartment building to another within the same complex. They are not professional movers in my opinion. They broke items. They blamed me for the damages. One employee asked me for personal items,which is unacceptable. I was charged for a 4 man crew, but the fourth individual was never seen working, he sat in the car on his phone. They do not have proper equipment or a truck with correct safety standards.
The owners of this company should change the name to "Graft" Moving"! I chose them because of a friend's rec. I should not. The young men who did the moving were them selves hard-working, timely & courteous. I was initially quoted $1,400 for a 3 min move from a 1,700 sq foot home, & agreed to this price.. I had every box taped & labeled. I bought the crew lunch & we progressed through the day. Then, they had to take my treadmill apart as they couldn't get it through the doorway.

Watch out for this moving company. They damaged an LCD TV in the move and then refused to pay for the damages. We had to take them to court where they finally agreed to replace the damaged TV during mediation... Besides refusing to pay for the damaged TV they did an ok job moving stuff. Not sure how they got best Mover award when they refuse to replace damaged items during moving...
Sorry you felt the need to post this after 2+ years of watching the TV that we bought. We originally agreed with your mother (who paid for your move) to replace the damaged TV. This was not enough, as she also wanted us to refund the entire cost of the move, which we refused to do.
I had a bad experience with the moving crew assigned to me last Saturday. The lead mover had other obligations to get too and started rushing. Which led to foolish decisions on how to move and dismantle things. He was getting upset with his …

Showed up on time. Very professional. Job was done quickly, carefully and under budget.
The team I had was SPECTACULAR!! I know Tay, I hope I spelled his name right, was the team lead. His communication was spot on, they were incredibly efficient, careful with the breakables, and ridiculously fast. Moves everything from one place to the other in under 3 hours. From the beginning call to the final destination of our move they were all wonderful. Professional, courteous and considerate of our possessions. The four gentlemen from Great Day Moving who moved me were very professional, personable, and handled my things with care. It was an extremely hot day, the heat index was 108. The heat did not slow them down. I can't say enough good things about the company or the movers themselves! Shout out to Tay, Andrew, Bobby and Cooper!
