Michael and his team were amazing! They were punctual, very professional, and had great communication throughout the entire experience. Their pricing was very fair with NONE of the additional fees the other companies quoted me. They took the time to wrap all of my belongings and move them carefully; while also working very quickly and efficiently. They took all the stress out of the most dreaded part of my move. (Moved from a third-floor apartment to a second-floor townhome.
I would give Mike and his crew 1000 stars if I could. I contacted Mike about loading a Uhaul to be driven 1,000 miles. I gave him a list of the furniture and an approximate number of boxes that would be moved. I told him I was going to get a 15 ft truck and he highly recommended a 20 ft truck since the move was 1,000 miles. I wouldn't be able to come back and get the items that would not fit in the truck. He was 100% corrrect on the size of truck I needed He also suggested that I have about 6-8 ratchet straps.
Grip tight movers truly earned this 5 star service rating. I don’t write reviews often but I had to rave about them! They treated my items with respect and not one item was broken in the 20 foot moving truck. They were able to fit everything promptly and securely (which I didn’t think would happen). You can tell they have experience and know how to get the job done the most efficiently. Micheal and Christian were friendly, worked fast, and also were on time.
Where do I begin with this crew. These men were nothing shy of amazing…. When we as people move, a few questions always come up: how much is it?, do they milk the clock? Are they reputable? … as someone that Grip Tight Movers just left about 30 minutes ago, I am here to tell you ALLLL that these men moved my one bedroom apartment (with baby stuff) down a flight of stairs and moved them to my new apartment up THREE flights of stairs!! (sorry again guys 😭🥹) in 2 hours total !!! In the Houston heat!!!
