Don’t waste your time with them they are the worst moving company in Tucson! They are the most rude,disrespectful and unprofessional company. Robert will completely lie to you just to get business. I had everything from broken furniture,to broken things to being called outside of my name and that’s not the half of it. Three guys couldn’t manage to move “two room”worth of stuff and three hours because they were too busy talking on the phone and cracking jokes with each other.

As a small business owner myself, it's unfortunate I have to write this bad review. This company took advantage of the situation knowing I was not there to assist with my grandmother's move. Robert gave hourly quote $110/hr with 3 guys back in November and we shook hands at that time. I thought he was an honest small business owner like myself. Well, today only 2 showed up and charged for flat rate of 8 hours at time of arrival, cash only and up front.

I will never use this company again or recommend it. Received a "referral rate" of $195 for 2 hours seems reasonable. Out of the 3 guys, 2 were helping while 1 guy was "unloading" the truck aka texting and wasting time. While 95% of my stuff was moved there missing parts on some of the furniture. I had to step in to help unload the truck because of how long they were taking. I was also mislead by Diane the office person on pricing.

A very disappointing experience with this company. I spoke with the manager, Robert, we made arrangements to have three of his guys come help me load my moving truck I called to confirm the next day and he proceeds to tell me that I never called him to make those arrangements that I wasn't on the schedule for the time frame that I was giving him in the date.

I am so disappointed in the Companies customer service its completely unacceptable, Jose and Rafla do not have a clue what they are doing and were rude and disrespectful calling me and my mother out side of are names cussing at us and destroying our brand new furniture, we had to get the police involved. The manager Robert is completely unprofessional cussing at my mom in text messages and over the phone, the scratched up all of our brand new furniture and put our brand new mattresses in the dirty road, Sad that…

they scratched our leather couches. He told me on the phone without coming to look at them that they are not leather, you cant afford leather. I have a receipt from costco. He says they will fix it through insurance. After reading these reviews it soumds like he probably won't. I paid him half in cash and told him he can have the other half after the repairs are made. Also we paid for a 3 man team to move 3 beds and dressers, a kitchen table, and 2 couches.

Had H&R movers come on to my house today while my wife was alone in the house and basically ran a scam on her the owner of the company Miss quoted what he was going to do so then he sent his movers out here to up charge and charge extra to do what they were already supposed to do and then they said it could not be done so when I got home I moved the couch upstairs myself horrible predatory tactics so now do to me and my wife speaking our mind we have now been threaten many times I will upload the conversations…

They moved my one bedroom from a storage unit less than a mile or two to a one bedroom apartment. The owner who's a middle-aged gentleman helprd move with a young man. He had the young man doing most of the work, while he smoked a cigarette and sweated on the truck. I complained that the young man was dragging my mattress on the ground. The owner then yelled at me told me my stuff was "junk anyway" and threatened to take my stuff back to the storage, and demanded that I pay him full price.
