In their own words
I just came in from out of town and wanted to check out some pianos. I saw this piano store was one of the only good ones in the area. Unfortunately, after walking in and trying out a few pianos, a salesman walked up to us and told us to quiet down because an "actual customer" was buying a piano. This would have been fine, but his condesending tone and rudeness toward us during this encounter made the store very unwelcoming. I was shocked to say the least and do not recommend going here to buy a piano.
They are completely lousy business people. Don't deal with this piano compny, I don't care how long they have been in business. They are no good. The don't right their wrong. Do not trust them. I am warning you.

In their own words
I would like to share the first impression, and most important impression we all make within the first minute of meeting someone. After entering the store and browsing around, we were greeted by Matt Hachenberg. We casually browsed the store and when we found some pianos of interest, Matt also introduced us to Brian Hachenberg. Both Brian and Matt listened to our questions and with genuine interest answered each one. Within minutes we felt comfortable and assured we choose the right business.
Joel & Trang, Thank you so much for your review 😊! I'm sure you'll enjoy your piano 🎹 If any questions come up feel free to reach out any time …
This was my first time dealing with Hachenberg & Sons. I did not know what piano I was exactly looking for as the last piano I bought was about 17 years ago. Brian and also their tuner Kirby both recommended the same piano for my needs and in my price range. They took time talking to me and even playing the piano per my request so I could hear the sound better. I think it was a good buy as the instrument was in a good shape and, hopefully, will not have any technical problems with it for years to come.
This is a spectacular Tucson institution that has earned the respect and loyalty of many in the Tucson area. Brian, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and extremely fair with pricing. We recently purchased a beautiful Steinway from Hachenberg for our nonprofit performing arts organization. Brian made us an incredible deal and has provided post sale support above and beyond any expectation. We also rent pianos from Hachenberg for our annual chamber music festival at a very reasonable rate.
Thank you Stephen!
My experience with Hachenberg & Sons was exceptional in every way! The entire team is amazing! It’s rare to find the high level of professionalism and customer service that they provide. They are passionate about their products and satisfaction is their priority. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Jesse (technician) is so talented! The delivery team is timely, friendly, careful and respectful. I would never hesitate to recommend this incredible business!
Thank you for you review Terri!
