Upon move out, the walls of my apartment were left chipped and full of marks and dents, resulting in the forfeiture of my security deposit. Additionally, my furniture suffered extensive damage, including multiple chipped tables and bed frame, as well as a chipped large mirror. Fortunately, I had taken videos of my property before hiring these people, providing evidence that this damage was not present beforehand. I plan to contact my attorney first thing Monday morning!!
Hello my name is Don, I am the delivery manager for Hall of Fame Piano Moving & Services LLC. I am present at every move. Your post is not true and is not acceptable. This is the second time someone has placed a fake review on our profile. It is Illegal to generate fake reviews.
Couldn't get these folks to call us back to schedule a pick up after leaving voicemails so we ended up getting our piano delivered + tuned twice elsewhere. Bummer as the guy sounded nice but when we were ready to finally schedule and pay, we weren't given the time of day!
Dear Sir or Madam- sorry, Our moving consultant always responds in a timely matter. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us in the future for your special discounted rate. Best Regards….

In their own words
For the 2nd time in 3 years, we've had Hall of Fame Piano Moving & Services move our baby grand. Don Banks and his two nephews were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Moving a piano is no small task, and they handled it with such care, professionalism, and precision that it immediately put us at ease. Don is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He and his nephews worked together seamlessly as a team, efficient, respectful, and very detail-oriented.
Thank you Sara for your feedback. We appreciate your continued business/support. It’s our pleasure to get the job done for you. Very Best regards….
Outstanding. On time, very careful with my piano. Good price. I highly recommend Hall of Fame piano moving.
Thank you Sir, for your review- we appreciate the opportunity- it was our pleasure to work with you and get the job done.
Don and Crew are THE VERY BEST. Professional, thorough, timely and treat your piano with such care, from wrapping to loading to securing… ensuring its safe arrival at destination. Additional is such KINDNESS and a pleasure to work with. They really stepped up after an initial moving company arrived to transport household inventory, including the piano, across 4 states. After loading partial household items, it was clear this company knew nothing about transporting a grand piano.
Dear Madam; Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate the opportunity- it was our pleasure to work with you and get the job done. Best Regards….
I had a perfect, seamless move yesterday thanks to Hall Moving! The team was incredibly kind, efficient, and prompt from start to finish. They worked quickly without ever compromising on care, and their pricing was completely fair—no hidden charges or surprises. I truly appreciated their professionalism and integrity, which made what can often be a stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable.
FYI; We are Hall of Fame Piano Moving; thank you 👍🏼 …
