** Edited to include image from the Movers website to contradict Tabitha's statement about sending false information to the BBB. It CLEARLY states claims would be settled in 5-10 business days. When this information was sent to her, her response was "this is why we don't respond to you." The check she speaks of was actually for $200 of damaged pictures they wrapped and a damaged queen size bedframe $600 and $100 for perishables such as protein mix, pancake mix, etc.

We used Straight Shot Moving for a local office to office move in Lake Mary, Florida. The foreman promised the use of blankets and swore his team would be very careful with our expensive Italian glass coffee table. Not only were they not careful with our desks and other equipment, they neglected to box our coffee table as promised, stuck it on a dolly and piled chair mats on it. The first bump on the way out the door caused it to shatter.
Do not use this moving company they are CONS! They lost/stole all of my life’s possessions during my move from CO to FL and defrauded me out of thousands of dollars in moving and storage expenses. They disconnected their phone on my move-in day and were a no-show. They have blocked me on social media, This company changes names frequently including Straight Shot Moving and Hallmark Moving, but the same people are running the business. They are scammers. Do not hire this company!
We hired this moving company to move in town. When making the appointment, they were told the size of storage unit they would be collecting the contents out of and going directly to our new house to unload. Discussing at length over the phone about the size, contents and putting things together when they drop off. I was told it would not take more than 5 hours, but they said 6 to be sure. My budget was for 6 hours at the most, and that was positively with set up. It took then over 4 hours to load up.
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, these photos sum up our experience. We used Straight Shot Moving for a local office move in Heathrow, FL. As shown, they didn’t box our Italian glass coffee table and attempted to move it with chair pads on top. It shattered as they moved it out the door. While accidents happen, this was easily preventable. The movers were informed that the table was a valuable piece and said they would box it up—then they neglected to do so.

I was incredibly stressed about moving. Never had great success with employing friends. Shawn, the Senior Coordinator was tremendously helpful with information, flexibility, and planning. He was very fair and it was 100% a stress relief to have his help. Movers were efficient, cautious, and mostly timely! Moved an entire 1 bedroom apartment in under an hour with care. 5/5 !
I have use straight shot moving to move my parents and it was pretty impressive, The guy showed up on time they were clean-cut professional and their attitudes were great, I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody looking for quality service, real good men
