The rating breakdown
2 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Hammond Road Storage Vault are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
A nice well oiled business! The staff at the desk provide friendly helpful service in the most expeditious way. The Storage business is highly competitive market and they provide state of the art secure storage at a reasonable price.
We are happy to hear you are happy with the facility and look forward to your stay with us.
Great accessibility, clean, safe, easy online pay, staff are helpful and responsive
Glad you are happy with the facility! Have a great weekend!
I have been renting storage places for over 25 years for business and personal. This storage facility is top notch, and staffed with great people! I love that someone is always at the storage office to make payments, and watch over the place. Most places you have to call a number and they might get back to you in 3 days. Also, they are on top of keeping the lot free of snow. I have big semi trucks come in once a week, and I have had them get stuck at other rental places that don’t keep up with the snow.
It's great to hear that you have been happy renting from us and that our new facility is ranked high compared to other storage facilities you have used previously.
The design of the Hammond Storage Vault Complex assures no extreme weather event will harm our belongings. The crew and surveillance assures there will be no theft. The ease of making contact with the on-site staff makes transactions a dream. Moving is hard enough! Hammond Storage Vault gave us peace of mind. I wish I could say the same for our other storage unit.
