Save your money. Don’t use this company! Before I hear response on getting back to me about my issue they won’t. Spoke with Blair and Jeremy was supposed to call back. No response back from either of them. Movers are unprofessional, purposely take their time to charge more money and damaged/ lose items. Our refrigerator was severely dented. Busted our water line in the back when refrigerator was smashed into our wall. Had to call a on call plumber $300 to fix.
Took longer than supposed to broken items, poor packing and over double the original quote. Have moved many times in my life Military family. This was the worst experience ever.
Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend using Hart Moving. We hired them to pack and move our home. They lacked a professional process and we had many things recklessly packed and damaged. Let me outline the main reasons why we would never use or recommend them. Enjoy my misery…. Part 1: PACKING -Packing crew arrived and crew member sat in our kitchen on his phone for around 15 min on the phone, asked to use the bathroom and stayed in there for another 30 min, then came out and proceeded to leave the house…
Threw a blanket over my 65" Samsung TV not securing it properly when placed in the trailer and hit bed legs hard on the outside door. Bad service. They were late bc had some issues at their shop before leaving. Placed calls to their whereabouts bc the address was wrong!

We are terribly sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our team. We know the claims process can be a tedious one, as it is with most insurance companies. It is their investigation that must be completed before a claim can be paid.
I was completely disappointed with how my move went. They disassembled furniture to the individual screw level and used a pry bar throughout the disassembly. Once it was unloaded off the truck they refused to reassemble; per the contract. …
We are VERY sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the services provided during your relocation. The military is very specific and adamant that things be done a certain way, and that does include the disassembly of all furniture.
I had someone from Hart come to my house to give me an estimate for a move for 200 miles. I w 2 weeks for them to get back with me. They never did, I had to call them to see what the price was. Their estimate was 3 times what other …

We recently had Hart assist us with moving, storing, and then loading a Uhaul full of a good bit of furniture and boxes. We also had an 82” Samsung TV that we wanted boxed up and moved with the rest of the items in our house. …
We certainly understand your frustrated with the fact you had damage. Unfortunately, since we were not the ones to TRANSPORT your belongings across the country, nor were we the ones to unload those items in Florida, we cannot be liable or held responsible for damage.

Hart moved the items from assisted living to storage after the death of our mother. They were great again. This is the third time they have helped us in her moves over the past six years. Always on time. Good communication. Movers were friendly. Always helpful. I highly recommend them. J Evans

Our Ransom Canyon driveway was too steep for their vehicle, so they had to use dollies to cart everything to the truck. It took 2 loads and 14 hours to complete the move to Lubbock, and I've never seen any four men work any harder, stopping only 30 minutes for lunch and eating supper standing up. Even when they were dog-tired and a pouring rain caught them at the day's end, Reyes, Paul, Nick, and Jeremiah remained upbeat, professional, and mannerly. I can't say enough about them. Highly recommended.
Hart Moving & Storage did such a good job moving us from Lubbock to our house in a smaller town. They took great care of all of our things - wrapping everything in packing paper, properly unloading everything, etc. Daniel & his team packed us one day and moved us the next. I’m so thankful for their help with packing & moving. I originally didn’t intend to have them pack us, but I had them provide a quote for moving only AND the full packing/moving process. Worth it!!
