I never post reviews and I truly believe in supporting small family owned businesses. I’ve waited a few months now to post this review. I wanted to give it one star but it wasn’t the entire crew who failed but really the lead Fernando. We used them twice hoping and forgiving the mistakes and damage from first move. It was an unlucky move for us both times sadly. Sean was very professional and tried so hard to make it right and he works hard to manage this company.
Thank you, Ms. Hundley, for sharing your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. First, we sincerely apologize for the stress and disappointment you experienced during your move.
Had a horrible move very upset with the company the people that was on the phone were great but I don’t think it’s appropriate you guys with really strong Oder my house smelled horrible I don’t have pets but my house smelled like piss. I love how you guys hire anyone . Your crews should not tell us there personal lives. The gentleman told me he was homeless and once he said that I felt very uncomfortable in my own home . I felt bad yes we go threw tuff times but need to be alittle bit more professional
We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced and truly appreciate your feedback. We were unaware that our employee was facing personal difficulties, and once we learned of the situation, we took immediate steps to address it.
My wife got this company we thought they were good worse moving experience I had only 1 member know how to work the rest were a waste of money comany charge us for used boxes this place is a scam the worker told me he was not happy and the owner paid the guys to get good reviews you have been warned

Used them recently...I didn't like their service guys, knocked stuff around and they kicked items that was in their way out of their way. I wish I could say money well spent... only thing I can say was money spent. No never again.
Dear Maritza, I think you mixed us up with someone else. We had a customer with the same last name this year. I reached out to them. They were happy with our service just like everyone else !!! If there was any issue I'd like to take care of it.
Anthony spits on women and is highly disrespectful of people’s boundaries. I would not recommend getting my things moved by someone who is so disrespectful to women.

I recently used Headway Moving for a local move, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. CJ, Antonio, and Cedric were an outstanding crew from start to finish. They arrived on time, immediately got to work, and were professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire day. What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked without ever seeming rushed. They took great care with our furniture and belongings and communicated clearly every step of the way.

We contracted with Headway Moving and Storage to move us on May 19, 2026 from a 44' RV to a fourth floor apartment two hours away. We went with them because of their reasonable pricing structure, the ease of getting a quote, and the prompt answers and details provided by Bob, the general manager. The estimate was based on a round trip for the truck and an hourly charge for the two movers.

We had a neighbor that we always considered to be very discerning. When he moved locally, he used Headway. I met the Headway team at that time and was impressed by their professionalism. When we needed to move my daughter's piano and other items from Orlando to Tampa, we employed Headway. Everything went very well at an extremely reasonable price. When it came time for my wife and I to move to North Carolina from Orlando, once again, we contracted Headway. We received a free estimate and got a moving date.

I don't write many Google reviews. When I do, you know it's for a reason. So, let me tell you about my experiences with Headway Moving. First, I hired these gentlemen back in July 2018 when I first moved to the Orlando area, coming from out of state with a 20-foot Uhaul. They showed up promptly (Henry, and another guy I can't remember at the moment), after finishing a move in Jacksonville earlier in the day I will add, and moved everything out of that Uhaul into my new 2nd-floor walkup apartment within 2 HOURS.
