The heavy foot movers were to meet me at 8am to unload my pod. I only had a 4 hour window to get everything off the pod. I received a phone call at 8:15am that their car was broken down and they would not make it in time. I was in a huge bind so I googled and found another moving company who was able to move my belongings and they were $250.00 cheaper than the quote I received from heavy foot movers.
They will cancel your moving order if they get a better gig for that day. I made a moving order booking through HireAHelper and indicated that we needed 2 movers, for 2 hours and one upright piano to be moved, and in the order notes …

Called Heavyfoot Movers after All My Sons cancelled at the last minute. Can’t say enough about how quickly they responded. Came to house to see what had to be moved, gave the best price and set up day and time asap. They showed up when they said they would and handled our belongings with care. Very fortunate to have had Joe and his crew help me with a very stressful move. Joe graciously fit me in his schedule last minute, and his team worked extremely hard to get the move done as quickly as possible. On top of that his price was less than other quotes I received. Super professional but also very down to earth, and the team was friendly and helpful. Everything you want in a moving company, highly recommend.
