Terrible customer service. We are from out of town with our RV in tow. Visiting family for a month. We called all around looking for RV storage with no luck finally call here and luckily they have 3 open for RV storage. There is No space to park a trailer on my families street so we have no choice but to put our trailer in storage. So, we called ahead and asked if there were any RV spots available at Right Space and he said yes and I said " Can I pay for a the RV spot" He said "first come first serve".
Our trailer was broken into and 2000.00 in damage and losses occurred. Management didnt care and told us it was a known issue that people could easily hop the wall. The cameras didnt pick up anything at night and management didnt even attempt to save the footage for police. Horrible experience. Moved out
Very overwhelming when you cant get your own information about your storage , hopefully no one else is going in and out of my storage because they can't even tell me the last time it was when I went to that storage all because the storage is under my husband's name and my husband's at work looking for a new storage I'm not dealing with this type of bullshit after a year you guys just lost a. Leave card on file, doesn’t charge it, instead charges late fee and doesn’t prorate month when leaving early. Can you say ripoff? Rates are too high and you will get an increase in rate but not value. …

My husband Mike said Manager is easy to work and pleasant, did most everything online and went into sign. Storages nice and clean. Very conveniently located for us. Only wish the accessible hours were later, you can only access up to 7pm. But great otherwise.

Clean easy access. They did have a break in not too long ago a few selected storage spaces were wiped out.
