Dakota, robert, damen are the best! Super efficient. They are careful. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for all your moving needs. Better than other moving companies I’ve worked with in the valley. Giving 3 stars because I ran into scheduling issues with the person on the phone. I was told a time that wasn’t accurate, reassured they’d come at noon, which also got pushed back. I was told I’d hear from the movers before they arrived but did not.

Website says 2 movers and a truck for an hour $100-115. When I called for a quote they said $200. Well ok gas is expensive now, but update your website. After all was moved the total was $360. No Way!! So when I complained I was told they the would do it for $250 because they had done a no show the day before when they were supposed to be there, but they didn’t do anything for $200. (yep that was a whole other complaint, move didn’t happen on the correct day).

Overcharged!! The guy that processed the return of the vehicle said additional $7.00 was due for going over mileage. I was actually charged over $18.00 more. They said not only are you charged .99 per gallon of gas but $4.75 per mile for going over original mileage. Recommend Home Depot to rent. When they quote you a charge, that is what you pay, nothing additional.

I was mostly worried about my oversized sectional couch fitting through the doorway at the new place. Cole and the crew handled it like they’d done it a thousand times before.
