Update Oct 14 2022 I just saw the update from Hercules. Yes, the issue was finally resolved after 1+ year. And I am thankful for that. But PHONE TAG?? You guys are hilarious. There was none of that. I was, For Sure, the only one following up on this case. Update Sept 5 2022, So Chandler from Hercules called me a couple days after this post. Very concerned, stating that he takes reviews seriously and wants to help. Has another treadmill repair man contact me. 2 months later, nothing from the repair man.

The movers were pleasant and careful with our items. They were also mindful of the walls in our home and we appreciate that. However, they arrived nearly an hour late to the move. Although this was a huge inconvenience because we had other services scheduled at our home the same day, I completely understand that things may happen. The issue is we didn’t find out that the movers were running behind until we called them close to the end time of their two hour arrival window.

I tried booking a move with Hercules Movers to California. The day after I put down the deposit the move was canceled. Once I called Hercules they said the final destination on my initial quote was Florida despite the confirmation email saying California. I had never mentioned Florida before and they told me they were unable to accommodate my move. I mentioned California each time I called and each time they confirmed they would be able to accommodate. I am now scrambling to find a mover.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Hercules Movers. They ended up moving me from my previous apartment into my new house but because they took over 6 hrs (between 3 men) they ended leaving my furniture unassembled at my new house. They also BROKE our desk during the transport and said they were going to reimburse us for the damages but never fulfilled their word.

Update 10/22: Leaving this 1 star review prompted the office finally to call me back. Shame that it takes a 1 star review to even speak with someone. They told me it would take anywhere between 2-6 weeks from the move for them to fix the coffee table and return it to me. It has since been six weeks, and I have heard nothing. I called and left another voicemail this past week as well. Our move with Hercules was last Friday 9/8. Overall the move went well; the movers were nice and efficient.

This is the worst moving company in Ohio just the worst. I use this company for moving and they ruined my Furnitures everything was banged up and scratched up and by the time they were done they did not even put things back together properly I will never use this movie again. It was a waste of money. If Google had a zero star rating that's what Hercules movers would get.

Tommy and Joe moved us across town from Polaris to Plain City and are truly wonderful. These gentleman were the kindest people, respectful, and timely. They are hardworking and I could not recommend them more. They were so great my brother in law is going to request them for his move in a month or two. All of our furniture was packed safely and efficiently, even heirlooms that were 200 years old.

What an awesome experience we had! From getting the quote to the very last box delivered to our new home, these guys were courteous, quick and efficient. As a client, my two biggest concerns was getting my belongings moved safely and that they worked quickly not wasting time. Watching them work, it really shows all the years of experience they have.
