Hi J, I wanted to make sure that your review makes it to the proper company. This Heritage is a family owned moving company located in Roanoke, Va. and we are not affiliated with any other Heritage Movers in other areas. We were not the company that moved you. Sorry to hear of your bad experience.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Jimmy and his wonderful crew at Heritage Moving and Storage! From the first encounter when I called to get a quote (from Jimmy) to the time they all left our new home, we were treated with nothing less than respect and professionalism. Heritage was, by far, the most affordable option in the Roanoke area; however, price was not the only reason we chose them.
Thank you Mrs. Nester! We really appreciate you trusting us with your belongings. We wish all customers were as appreciative and fun to work for as you and your family. We thouroughly appreciated the "Goodies"!! Enjoy your new home!! Thanks again, Jimmy
