In their own words
On May 18th (Sunday), this moving company damaged our back gate. That week I spoke to the owner and sent him video proof of his employee damaging our property and the invoice ($165) for Gorrie-Regan to resolve the issue. I called once last week (to follow up) and left a message and today when I tried to call I found out my number had been blocked. So beware. In my experience, this is not a reputable business.
This is not a customer of ours. This is a storage unit manager that likes to leave a one star review on a small business that has all 5 star reviews from actual customers.
I chose this company because I had used them before and expected the same level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I was quoted $340 for a two-hour move. At no point during the booking process was I asked what floor the apartments were on, yet when the movers arrived, there seemed to be frustration that the move was from a third-floor apartment to another third-floor apartment.
Trust me we will never move you again, you won worst customer of 2026 award, congratulations!

Austin and his crew do a fabulous job. They were professional, polite, quick, engaged, and careful in moving our household. They provide an exemplary service at a great price. They made the oh so tough job of moving much better. I’ve used cheaper moving services, and well-known moving services. No one can compare to High End Moving. Call them - you will be glad you did.

We used High-End Moving for an out of state relocation, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before booking, we tried to get an estimate from a national moving company. That process dragged on for almost three weeks and all we got was a growing list of restrictions and things we couldn’t do. It felt painful and honestly suffocating. High-End Moving was the opposite. The response to our estimate inquiry came almost instantly (and on a Sunday!).

Fantastic job by a great group of movers. Austin and everyone we encountered were very professional, and the movers have a great sense of humor too. They helped us on a big, complete move across town. First, Austin came out in advance and provided us with an estimate. When it came time to move, they packed everything the day before, then moved everything the following day. It was a long day, but they kept a positive, professional attitude throughout the entire moving process.
