Movers broke all of my dishes that were packed with bubble wrap and clearly labeled glass. They are not providing compensation for their damages. Learn from my mistakes and don’t book with a company that doesn’t even have a contract and handles business via text message.
We’re sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating damaged items can be. To clarify, our company provided labor-only moving services. We did not pack, inspect, or transport the items, and all boxes were already sealed and prepared prior to our team’s arrival.

Brandon and Ray were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, were humble, professional, and extremely efficient. They organized everything very well and handled all of our furniture with great care, with no damage at all. Their service was excellent from start to finish. I would give them **10 stars if the system allowed it!** I would definitely hire Brandon and Ray again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and efficient service.
I had an incredible experience with this moving company! They helped me with a load and unload job and were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the time I booked, the communication was excellent, they were very responsive and attentive to confirming every detail. Chris and Ray were my movers; they were organized and handled everything with care. On top of that, they were personable and easy to work with, which made the whole process so much less stressful.
They did a great job very quick very efficient very respectful great price! Highly recommend! These are hands down the best movers in RVA.
