The guy that moved our stuff had us sign for our house hold goods via iPad. Then I got the inventory in my email later where he stated all of our items we “scratched, dirty, soiled”. I keep all my stuff new and good looking as I can. Definitely not how he said they were. I called him and he said he would change it, but never did. He put that our brand new $4000 table and chairs we scratched. All because he didn’t want to be blamed of something did happen.

Subpar. Failed to send the driver with my items in a timely fashion. Failed to make enough time to deliver accurately, twice, once on July 2 and again on July 8 2020. On July 8 they missed the scheduled pickup entirely for two hours, then sent an empty truck. I am told these guys are reputable, but based on my experience they are wasting a lot of time and money sending empty trucks around without knowing what is in them and infuriating customers. Truck drivers, if you pick up crates to deliver to this place take LOTS of pictures before the shipper loads them. They will try and blame every piece of damage on the truck driver even though the forklift operator did all the damages. Also if you look in their warehouse almost every single crate is damaged and its all the forklift operators. Look at the picture and tell me how the truck driver did it. Also, look at all the other crates in the warehouse and almost every single one has damage
Good afternoon – We forwarded this concern to our senior vice president of operations, who shared that some crates received at our Forestville warehouse have some degree of pre-existing damage. In these instances, our team will document such damage for our records.
We are a military family and this is our 7th move. I would highly recommend you NOT use this company. They were totally disrespectful to our property made us sign off before the job was completed and broke my daughter’s vanity and she spent the night crying how disrespectful it was to throw all of her toys and clothes in a giant pile on her bed and floor. We had to get a hotel because it was so overwhelming.

Horrible place. Extremely tight docks if you come with sleeper. That yard was not designated for 53”. The employees instead of helping you,they recording you,and hoping you will do something stupid,so they can get likes and subs. First and last time here,that’s for sure!

Delivery drivers have terrible customer service skills. We were supposed to have an order delivered today and the one foot in one foot representative was very rude and dismissive and lack of attention to detail caused our delivery to be delayed

Everyone from beginning to end in our moving project was amazing from the request for a quote to the final delivery of our home goods.
