Late Arrival, Broken Items, No Follow-Up — Beware. My move (10/22/2025) with this company was a complete disappointment. I was quoted four movers, but the experience quickly turned chaotic. Three movers arrived late to the first stop, and I was later told the other two had gone to the wrong location before eventually showing up at the second stop. The crew was careless with my belongings, and two large acrylic tabletop display signs were broken in the exact same spot due to mishandling.
Our experience with "Hired Muscle Moving" was bad. We were supposed to get 2 trucks and 4 movers; we never had 2 trucks and we had 2-3 movers most of the time. This delayed the loading/unloading process which extended till mid night !!! Although I appreciate the effort the guys have made, however if you are working for more than 12 hours doing your job you would expect mistakes to happen. I had some damage to furniture items and one of the walls.

WOW! Unfortunately, there are not more than five stars to give! Honestly, a Detroit Diamond, and I can’t say enough great things about this moving company! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making the entire process stress-free. The team arrived ready to work, handled my lab and simulation items with incredible care, and worked quickly without cutting any corners. They wrapped and protected everything perfectly—even fragile items arrived in perfect condition.
I don't normally ever do reviews on anything positive or negative but this time I absolutely had to the level of professionalism on top of how helpful and the pure genuine patience they had with us was nothing less than amazing they made a really rough difficult situation so much easier on us we were in a 3 level 4 bedroom condo with an attached garage and basement full of stuff as well and they arrived on time not a second late and had the entire house loaded and unloaded all in about an hour and a half and thats…
The experience was excellent! Great crew and leader. The response of every person from Hired Muscle Moving was professional, timely, personally tailored, and easy. We needed to move three large items from our community center to our garage on the campus. We called on a Tuesday morning to arrange for the move, and the items were moved and the job completed at 12:30pm 2days later on Thursday! Another hidden gem of our great city! COST EFFECTIVE! RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY ORGANIZATION FROM EVERY PERSON!

These guys will be my movers and the movers for all of my clients until the end of time. After selling my house and purchasing a new one we arrived at my new house to find the seller still there with all of their belongings inside. The Hired Muscle crew took it in stride and tackled not only the move out and disposal process of the seller's belongings, but also the move in process for myself.
