These gentlemen were polite and did good work, but they are unresponsive if they damage your floor. They moved a piano for me but left two large scrapes on my wood floor. He called one of his friends that day to resolve it but I never heard back from him. This was on 2/3/23 and I allowed more than enough time for a follow-up. Emailed him on 7/12 and still have not received a response. If someone from Holder's Angels reads this review, lets determine a price for repair and I'll fix it myself.
They will break your furniture, then text you a form to fill out and give you 48 hours to fill out knowing you can not print from a text message . So therefore denied your claim for broken furniture.
I’m still waiting on you to fill form out once we receive we will love to help

Very professional and clear communication. They showed up early and was ready to work. They moved all of our items in a timely manner, without any error or scratches. Also disassembled and assembled furniture. I would recommend them to everybody

Alex and his team of worker’s are very friendly and professional, they came highly recommended from a friend and they met all of my expectations plus some. My Hat goes off to this moving company’s Preparing to move is a lot., especially at age 54…the packing and getting rid of clothes that your wore in college hoping to fit in them one day… no body wear jeans with back pocket with rhinestone on them anymore 😂😀 😂 but to see Holders Angels come in and move my items it was like watching Angles fly in the wind the…

I was referred to Holders Angel's by a Family member. The owners wife talked to me at the beginning and was AMAZING! She was Professional and demonstrated Excellent Customer Service. I met the owner when he came with the truck. Alex, the owne was Awesome! He was Professional and Respectful of my belongings. His workers were Great! They came in and wasted no time and got the job done. I will only use Holder's ANGELS from this point on.
