BEWARE! The move started out okay. The person of contact for us was Courtney. Our move was scheduled between 8-9am. Courtney called us the evening before and said he was having trouble with his truck and needed to change our time to 2pm. Well what do you know, the movers showed up around 9am. The movers were very helpful in helping us get some items together we thought we had until 2pm to pack. Everything was going well until we got to the new house. One of the movers dropped our LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD DRYER.

NEGATIVE STARS! Worst. Move. Ever. I told Courtney that I have a 1 bedroom with a garage so basically a 2 bdrm. I paid the deposit and scheduled my move for 11am. They didn’t show up until 2:46 pm with no call or notice of the delay. 3 movers show up in a small truck that I once used to move a washer and dryer. They couldn’t fit all my things in the truck- they couldn’t fit the things in my garage, not even the things in the 1bdrm. They suggested 2 trips. It took 3 men 7 HOURS to move my things out of a 1 bdrm.

I hired Home Court Movers to move my 1 bedroom apartment around the corner (literally) to another 1 bedroom apartment in another building in the same apartment complex. There was no furniture to dismantle or put together. So very little furniture but several boxes. There were elevators in both buildings (with very little traffic) which allowed movers to moved several boxes at once.

The first time I used this company was a great experience. The men showed up on time, had great customer service and didn't damage any of my items. I used this company for a second time and it was a complete nightmare. One of the drivers showed up high off of a recreational drug and they moved very slow. It took them 2 hours to load my things onto the truck and it caused me to go over my move time and I had to pay extra money I did not budget for.

I scheduled a move with this company on a day with heavy rain. The day before the move, I spoke with Jonathan and specifically asked whether all furniture would be wrapped and protected. He assured me that it would. I also asked whether floor protection would be placed down due to wet shoes and dollies, and he again assured me that it would. Unfortunately, neither commitment was honored.

This was my third and final time using this company. The two movers who were clearly not fit for the job and worked extremely slowly. What should have been a 3–4 hour move turned into 6 hours. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism. They also refused to pack any boxes unless we paid $5 per tape, which felt unreasonable and came across as arrogant rather than customer-focused.

"Dear Hitesh Malik Thank you for being a returning customer and for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your recent move from McKinney to Frisco did not live up to the high standards we set during your first move with us.

I was informed by a friend who used Home Court Movers and bragged about how good their service was for them. Well not mine. I spoke with Courtney Young who originally gave great customer service over the phone. I paid a deposit of $75.00, and my move-in date was October 15, 2021. My family provided me with another moving company and was willing to pay for my move. I reached out to Courtney Young by phone on October 5, 2021, to cancel my move with them.

I have sat on this review for a while. I wanted to be fair and give a review not based on anger. They moved me in February. I was on the third floor and needed moved to another third floor. I ended up paying over $800. But that wasn’t the problem. The problem that I had was when they were taking stuff down to the truck, I heard a huge crash. I should have went and looked but I thought, if it’s something, they will tell me. No they didn’t.

Recently used Home Court Movers after they left a mailer at my door. They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care protecting my furniture with moving blankets and plastic wrap during the move. They also broke down and rebuilt my beds, which made the process so much easier. Overall, they did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

We booked Homecourt movers for our move out on 6/20. Unfortunately the Texas heat was brutal this day but that did not stop these guys from busting their tails to get the job done. They take great care of wrapping up furniture, pictures and any lose items that might need a little extra care. These guys are fast, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend this business and will be using them again for future moves. Our team was Victor, Wes and Rodney.

Homecourt movers provided an excellent moving experience. Setting up the move was simple and Jonathan was great to answer all my questions and recommend additional services like wrapping (highly recommend this). Rodney and John were my movers, who were professional, friendly and careful with my belongings and my walls. You can tell these guys take a ton of pride in their work and have plenty of experience - they're efficient and good at what they do. Rodney and John are the best movers I've met.
