I had an excellent experience with Home Town Moving. The moving crew (Jackson, Marlon, and Matthew) were friendly, professional, and hardworking. They arrived on time, handled all of our belongings with care, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and organized. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Michael was responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises.
I honestly don't even know where to start. My family has moved more times than I can count over the years, and after being ripped off by some of the bigger name moving companies more than once, I had pretty much lost faith that a good, honest moving company even existed anymore. Then we found Home Town Moving, and I am still just so grateful we did. Michael, the owner, was incredibly kind and flexible from our very first conversation.
The Home Town team recently relocated my family from the Atlanta area to northeast Florida. We had a five bedroom home loaded up, fragile items wrapped and furniture padded and driven South the same day. The four man crew unloaded the next day and returned to Atlanta. They worked hard, very careful and very courteous and helpful. Like any move, we had a few items that needed repair and Mike jumped right in and worked with us without any question. Excellent Customer service from the top down.
