The stars in this rating go to Nicolae alone. I had a unique real estate situation where my move date moved 3 times. Then when it finally happened we did not know until 11am the day of that it was happening and we had to be out by 9pm. Nicolae was so flexible and understanding. Unfortunately my actual move did not go so smoothly. First, they miscalculated the size or amount of trucks that would be required and did not realize until well into the day that all our items would not fit.

This was a terrible experience the movers broke a whole set of my favorite dishes and broke a leg off an end table. Nick the mgr is impossible to speak with he is extremely rude. I have never had a moving experience this bad. I cannot recommend this company at all.
Dear E.P. we are very thankful for your business but at the same time very disappointed by this review since you confirmed over the phone that your moving experience with Home2Home Team was excellent beside the only issue you had with the broken dishes that were prepacked by you.
They did everything great except for charges that don’t make sense. They even do disassembly and reassembly of most furniture which was wonderful and the staff were all respectful and communicative from beginning to end. However, they charge per hour and they count the time it takes for them to travel from their office to your home which I did not know. So I was charged an extra $330+ just for them to drive to my home from their office in Tacoma to the home I’m moving from in Everett.

I had a great experience with Home 2 Home Moving. The team was on time, professional, and worked quickly while still being careful with all my furniture and boxes. AMAZING!!!! Could not have been happier from Nicolae coming over to quote and the amazing moving crew Oroz , Artem , Jason , Mike , Pincho it was great. Communication was frequent and great. The crew worked hard and so easy to talk with. First time using movers and so happy we got hooked up with this group. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I have used Home2Home Moving twice now for a full-service move over the course of 2 years. Nicolae is incredibly polite and worked with me for sudden schedule changes both times (and even managed to get my ideal date). He also gave me a break on pricing for the second move as a returning customer because they had raised their rates in between. That was truly above and beyond because their rates are still highly competitive. All crew members I have worked with have been polite and communicative.

Home2Home movers were absolutely awesome. Mike and Jason were total gentlemen to me and took care of my things. They were efficient and easily the best at packing and stacking carefully I’ve ever hired (and I’ve moved 34 times). They got everything done in the amount of time quoted and unlike most movers, did not involve shenanigans to try and get me to pay more. You can trust these guys. Thanks Home2Home!
