I hired this company for my move and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The written quote said there would be a $800 flat long-distance travel fee plus an hourly rate of $170 starting once the movers arrived at my home. However, when the final bill came, they charged both the flat $800 travel fee and additional hourly time starting from when the truck left their facility, not when work began at my home. This effectively doubled the hours for the move-in process and nearly doubled the quoted cost.

We unfortunately chose this company to unload our move to Orlando into a storage unit which led to thousands of dollars worth of damage to our equipment. When we called the company to rectify the situation they showed no remorse and claimed zero responsibility for what they did and left us out to dry. Avoid this company at all costs or it will cost you thousands!! Just a completely unprofessional and untrustworthy business and I’m still in shock how we’ve been treated by them.
Dealing with this moving company I ended up losing my job. They have no care or consideration for the people they help moving and just tell you whatever they need to, to gain you as a customer. For starters they quoted me one thing and ensured me they could move me within my moving window with no problem. Move ended up taking 5-6 hours and the price was 2.5 times more what they told me it would be. I was told they would show up at 9am. Then was told it would have to be changed to 1pm.
