I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck based on my experience. I am a 76-year-old woman, and this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. The move took far longer than it should have, and the crew appeared disorganized throughout the process. They spent excessive time walking around instead of moving items, left furniture hardware scattered throughout my home, separated furniture pieces that belonged together, failed to properly wrap my television and other fragile items, and damaged one of my…

In 2018 we used Two men and a truck best crew ever. The man even repaired a broken furniture leg that had broke in previous move. But in 2022 i must have got a crew that was subcontractor’s. Or franchise. Awful. They didn’t wrap my leather furniture. They scraped and scratched parts trying to get it in new house. They pulled loose the leather tacks that hold leather on. Also I had to instruct them how to get couch and love seat through the door at correct angle.

Never again will I trust Two Men and a Truck. I must say the two young men who worked on our move were great, but the rest of our experience left a lot to be desired. We called around and got our estimates. Two Men and a Truck had the best price and a good reputation, so we went with them. However, they didn't send enough workers and didn't have proper equipment.

OVERPRICED ONLY TO BE DAMAGED! I spent $510 (and $60 tip-before I knew of damage) to have a pristinely kept dining room table I had shipped from California only for it to be damaged during a 4 mile move to my apartment. Good guys that were completely careless. They must have flipped the table to the underside without using padding, rubbing and chipping the edges in multiple places. I reported the damage within the 72 hr window and received a call from a representative.
We booked a moving budget truck 5 days ago. We get a call they don't have anything for us. Literally told us today, the day we need it! All because someone was running late to get back. That isn't how a company should treat long term customers. Make us wait till the end of the day to say sorry we have nothing for you? I can't believe the ball they dropped. They should have known having only one truck coming back, could lead to this and warned us.

This is the second time we used two men and a truck. First time was an amazing experience. This time they sent one trainee and one experienced person for the move. It was unfair to us because they charge 195$ an hr and the trainee had to stop at every step and had to ask the other guy about the next move. This took more time and we had to pay for the more time that was taken during this. The company should have told us they were going to send a trainee. We would have rescheduled or hired a different company.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This company moved me over a year ago. When I scheduled them, I specifically asked if they could move a baby grand player piano. I was assured that they had people with the knowledge and skills to do so. …

The two guys came on time, spent a couple hours carefully packing numerous pieces of a delicate antique Italian marble communion railing, and left for Orlando within an hour or two. I had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck! My move included three different stops, and the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. They were friendly, hardworking, and took great care of my belongings throughout the entire process. Even with the extra stops, everything went smoothly and stayed organized. Friday & Sapp packed, loaded, moved us out of state and unloaded. They did a fantastic job especially under the circumstances of an unusually steep driveway. This is the 3rd time we've hired two men and a truck for our moves. They are incredible. The guys we had worked so fast, were very respectful and did great lifting all of our heavy furniture! Would 10/10 recommend and will use them again if we ever move!
