In their own words
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company does not honor military discounts unless you mention it upfront — and even then, they gave me the runaround. I ended up having to replace my own 70” TV, which they damaged during the move, and they offered only $100 as compensation. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never took responsibility or resolved the issue. I had no choice but to buy a new TV out of pocket. I even obtained video footage from my complex showing their crew kicking my boxes.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Alex and his team were absolutely awesome! They are friendly, nice guys who did a fantastic job moving my things. From the moment they arrived, they went straight to work and were incredibly efficient, making sure to maximize the time I paid for. They took great care of my belongings, wrapping and covering all the necessary furniture to protect it during the move. Corresponding with Nick from Honolulu Cheap Movers beforehand made the whole process completely stress-free.
Andy, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re really happy to hear that Alex and the team made your move smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Absolutely AMAZING! If I can give more stars, I would! They moved everything quickly, efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend them out of all movers on the island. Don’t be deceived from their smaller size, they are just as STRONG and will get any job done! They were ON TIME and wasn’t lazy like typical island people, they didn’t even take a break! I had to give them cold drinks to chill out for a second lol Other places we called to get estimates try to scam us but not this company!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Honolulu Cheap Movers! They helped me with a small move from the Kahala area to Hawaii Kai, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I had a very heavy safe and a massage chair, and they were able to schedule me the very next day, which I really appreciated. The team handled everything professionally, carefully delivered both items to the second floor, and did it flawlessly without any issues.
Aloha Salta🌴🤙 Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Honolulu Cheap Movers for your move from Kahala to Hawaii Kai. We truly appreciate your trust in our team, especially with such heavy and valuable items like the safe and massage chair.
Wow! These are the best movers I’ve ever worked with.! And I’ve moved many many times on Oahu. I called several places and Honolulu Cheap Movers gave me the best quote. They were so good that I hired them again a week later. I got two different workers and they were just as good as the first ones. They really worked with me and went above and beyond. They went out of their way to really make sure the job was done well and all my things were taken care of. I’m impressed!
Dear Mariko, Thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing to use Cheap Movers once again. We are so pleased that you were happy with the service provided.
