In their own words
The most efficient two guys on the planet! They worked swiftly yet carefully and loaded two U boxes like a jigsaw puzzle or Rubik’s cube in record time. They were polite, tidy, punctual, professional and both had a sense of humor. I was most impressed by their attitude in that they seemed to truly enjoy the challenge of fitting everything in place. Wonderful work ethic! The mastermind behind the scenes, Mark, was equally professional and courteous and called me multiple times to keep me in the loop.
Best quality and service by far, 10 out of 10. I was very stressed with this partial move as we were removing items to sell our home. But the guys made it super easy and seamless for us which was much appreciated. Their communication from scheduling to arrival times were exceptional. Will definitely be using them again when we finish moving out of our home once it sells!
Definitely recommend. I used this company for my move in late May 2019 in Hobbs, NM. I moved all my belongings from a 1 bedroom apartment into a storage unit down the road. I spoke with Mark and he was very helpful in the planning prior to the move. He was flexible since these guys primarily only work in Lubbock but they were able to drive out to Hobbs (for a fee of course). The day of the move, there were 2 guys and their truck. They were very friendly and helpful and took care with my furniture.
This moving company is amazing! 10/10 Recommend to anybody in need of movers in the area. When my other moving company stood me up on the day of my move, Mark called me within minutes of hearing from UHaul, explaining that he gave his employees the day off but due to no scheduled appointments, but he would try to do anything he can to gather 1-2 people to come assist me for my move.
