These guys were 45 mins late to start. They were moving slowly, needing to be focused as they appeared to be taking their time to exceed the 3 hour minimum. My last move was 3 hours total with half the items I have now. This move went from 9:45am (40 minutes late) to almost 4pm. I did not ask for my things to be wrapped as there was no need, however they did it anyway. In the end there were things missing that never arrived at my new place. They charged me almost $900 and I live 5 minutes away.

Additionally, our standard 3-hour minimum rate in Winnipeg is $480; a move matching your description would not total the $900 you mentioned…
I do not recommend unless there is no other option. They are cheaper than other moving companies for a reason. To begin. I had originally booked the movers for 10 am August 1st. July 29 I get a text asking if they can chance it to 8 am. Sure okay great. Fastforward to July 31s at 1 pm. Get a call from the movers saying they will be there at 630 am not 8am. Didn't really give me the option to say no, which was unprofessional itself when we had a scheduled time once and I already had moved the time down. Second.

The booking was not under my name and I don't want to give details because I am not interested in arguing with these bullies as they traumitized me enough during my experience with them and seem to argue with everything. Save your sanity and don't put yourself through dealing with them. Moving is stressful enough as it is.

Beware false advertising. They charge $480 for 3hr minimum and then $120 each additional hour. When asked why this isn’t disclosed in advertising, Nelson replied that the ad can’t say everything. But that’s the most important thing for it to say!

Icando delivered courteous, careful, prompt and highly professional service under difficult conditions. Full story below. Short version: they saved us big money. We underestimated the size of vehicle needed. We're on the clock due to elevator bookings at both ends and things were looking grim. Possibly on the hook for an $1800 monthly rent + getting off on the wrong foot with our new landlord and neighbors. William and his team worked with us to arrange the trailer we needed and salvage the whole operation.

The movers were kind, professional, and pleasant to work with throughout the move. Overall, the process went smoothly, and I appreciated their positive attitude and hard work. While there were a few instances where walls were bumped and some furniture sustained minor corner damage during the move, I understand that moving can be challenging and fast paced. I do feel that a bit more care and attention to detail could have helped prevent some of these issues.

Fabulous service. Small miscommunication when movers would be at the house - they arrive 30 mins before emailed schedule. They were fast, courteous, the estimate was straight to the point, no aggressive sales. Wrapped my furniture well, asked where everything goes, took care to not damage anything, hands down the most cost friendly hourly rate. Got the job done in half the time. Easy payment. Highly recommend.
