In their own words
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. I called to inquire about a product and was answered by a man who claimed to be both the manager and the owner. He was not only rude and dismissive but also disrespectful, and ultimately hung up on me! It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. I can't recommend shopping here when such poor customer service is tolerated. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Joe and his team at Illos are--by far--the best I've ever met at what they do. I've been playing piano since I was three years old, and the quality of their craftsmanship, expertise, work ethic, and honesty are positively unrivaled. They know the differences between a good piano and an excellent piano. I am astounded at their attention to detail, and I applaud them for their excellence.
Great group of people. They were the only ones to take on a moving job for our item up a flight of stairs that included a turn; every other company I contacted turned the job down because of it's difficulty. The movers were polite, hard working, and I was astonished with how flawlessly they did the job. Definitely experts and masters of what the do! I couldn't have been more pleased.
Illos has been tuning our late 19th century Weber upright piano since 2005. Most recently in November 2019, Kevin was prompt and professional. He clearly articulated what was involved, and what I could expect. He did a nice job - our piano is at pitch and sounds great.
Illos restored my first piano 35 years ago. It was a 1923 Wurlitzer. They did a fantastic job! The pianos in our Sweet Home School District are all tuned by Illos. Complete professionalism and perfectly tuned! My school district purchased a great piano for my music room from Illos where they gave us a good deal on a quality piano. I have had Illos move many pianos for me over the years. Always careful in what they are doing. I buy all my sheet music for my piano students at Illos.
