In their own words
The entire iMOVE team was fantastic. Ive moved in NYC/BK a lot and its always a nightmare. But the team was on time, efficient, and reasonably priced (every single other company quoted me at least 2x the rate iMOVE offered me). I was worried, with how affordable they were, that there would be a catch. I had absolutely nothing to fear. The sales team was responsible and communicated with me regularly before and after the date of the move.
Hey Emily, It was our pleasure especially since you were sceptic based on you previous experiences with moving in Nyc! We are happy to hear that both our crew and office was easy to work with as transparent communication is a must in this industry!
We hired IMove to complete our big move from NY to GA. From the very beginning IMove was great. Marlo came out to my house to inspect the items I was moving plus we had a storage unit. I was given a fair price. Sofia and Maya were very responsive and accommodating. The day of the move Omar abd his team were fast , professional and excellent at handling my many boxes, bags and bins. They even produced a miracle when they packed my 15” foot truck with items for my storage.
Hey Valarece and Amirah, We cannot thank you enough as well for your glowing review. It was our pleasure and thank you once again for choosing iMOVE NYC. The team wishes you good luck in your new chapter and your new home. Kindest regards, iMOVE NYC
We hired iMOVE NYC twice (once for a move, and once for a single bed delivery) and had spectacular experience both times. Mia kept in touch every step of the way, with quoting and insurance certificates - keeping us updated and always replying within minutes as we discussed timing, elevator reservations, packing and extra stops. We had iMOVE do the packing for us as well, and they were super careful and incredibly efficient.
Hey Sergey, Thank you for such an honest and thorough review! We are really glad that the team made the whole process effortless from the start as our main goal is always easy and smooth move. We hope to hear from you again in the future and until then, enjoy your new chapter. Kind regards,
Omar and the rest of his team at iMove (I didn’t catch their names) took all the stress off my shoulders by getting a heavy armoire up my stairs after a previous mover from TaskRabbit said it was impossible and left it in my lobby. The iMove team did a phenomenal job. They were punctual, prepared, professional, and friendly. They took the shelves and drawers out before wrapping the armoire, and it made it into my apartment without a scratch. I will definitely hire them again!
Hearing using us for your NYC move was a game changer really excites us, Emily! It's always our wish to make our customers' move as effortless as possible, so knowing your team was beyond easy to work with certainly warms our hearts.
