The only thing great about the move was they showed up 15 mins early. I was told I would have 3 movers the day of move but only got 2 movers. They milked the clock. We even helped them move our things to make it easy for them. They broke our flat screen TV they broke some other things that where handed down to us by family members that are no longer with us. They dont want to answer my calls or text. They told me they would put things back that they took off it was a mess and very unprofessional company.
This is a Response to Ashlie Lee, From Josh with Indiana Movers. Yes we did move her and her family, from a 3 bedroom home, to a 3 bedroom house, with a second floor. We moved all of her boxes, and furniture in her house, including the drive there, from start to finish in 4 hours.
They were supposed to show up to move us around 10-11 never heard a peep out of them they never showed up never called no text no nothing! Very unprofessional of them!
We would have liked to move the possible client but the possible customer did not answer all of the questions that were given to her by text message to move forward with the move with Indiana Movers. The possible client stopped responding until the day of the move.
Never showed on the date and time that was scheduled didn’t give any heads up. Got ahold of them hours later josh said his tonsils was swollen and rescheduled. Three days later josh txted and canceled again saying because of the flu
The team lead got the Flu the night before the engagement and we did not want to pass along any germs of the flu to anybody else. We strive to make each move a complete success, but if our team comes down with a bad flu, it is our duty not to pass it to our clients.

Based on the recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Josh to coordinate a move from Indianapolis to Chicago. In advance of the move date, Josh did a great job of making sure that we were on the same page about every detail of the move and was easily reachable if any changes needed to be coordinated. On the actual day of the move, he and his team were extremely polite, efficient, and were very cautious to load and unload all of my items in a way that protected the furniture as well as the walls of both…

The part I valued most was how prepared the movers were when they arrived. They carried supplies, used wrapping materials where needed, and packed my belongings logically. My items arrived on time, and the payment matched the quote.
Josh took care of us from the beginning to the end! We moved from about four hours away which was very stressful for us but he communicated with us (checked in a week ahead making sure there weren't any changes or anything we needed to know, letting us know what time he would arrive or on their way, etc) and offered services that helped us with every part of the move.
These guys are awesome!! It was the day before Thanksgiving and our previously booked movers called to let us know they couldn't move us. After calling many other moving companies for a same day move to no avail we reached out to Josh with Indiana Movers. They were booked until mid afternoon and wasn't sure if he could assemble an afternoon crew with such short notice. Josh called back a short time later and said he wanted to help out since another company dropped the ball on us.
