DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ignore the 5 star reviews. This company was just taken over by new management and they are NOT honorable men. They STOLE $300 cash from us and chalked it up as a “tip.” They stated, “we worked hard for this money.” They moved for 40 minutes in my home all on first floor… then dropped off at a storage unit also on first floor… Everything was very nice in the beginning. That’s not how it ended. When we asked for the tip money back they refused and DROVE AWAY. A police report has been filed.
Had a time scheduled and verified… no one showed up! No notice, just didn’t show up! Really screwed me over. Called to find out what was going on and the guy blew me off and hung up. Very professional. Would not recommend.
I didn't get a chance to use their service even though I paid the $100 deposit. After a month of several calls I was told it was non refundable hour it didn't say anywhere on the website.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We had never used movers before but decided to try someone on our most recent move. We happened to come across these guys and gave them a call. They we're quick to respond they gave us pricing up front and communicated very well. The two guys that showed up we're incredible. Fred, one of the movers, (unfortunately I forget the other gentleman's name) explained everything they were going to do and set expectations of what could be accomplished in the time frame.
Wii Move 4 U is one of the best moving experiences I've had. With this being a small business I was a bit on the optimistic side. But Fred, one of the movers is very professional, knowledgeable and was 15mins early. You may think moving and lift doesn't take much thought, right? Well Fred has already mapped out best angles and adjustments that'll be needed for each piece of furniture and he's able to do so on the fly. He mentioned that this cuts back on time and minimizes damages.
When I was moving out of my old house and into my new one, I had items that I tried to move myself, but I was struggling and needed help ASAP. I found WiiMove4U through Thumbtack and they were at my house helping me within hours. It was a great experience. They moved my large items with ease, safely and quickly. There were able to really step up to the plate with my time-frame and their service knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend this service.
Lower price for higher quality service!! I was moving from one apartment to another less than a half mile away and was searching for someone to move a handful of large items. I got a quote from another well known moving company and was quoted almost 3 times the price of 317’s price. I was moving most myself and thought that price was outrageous. I was so thrilled at the quote from 317! Just because the price was lower, the service was not! I was contacted in a timely manner and it was easy to book my move.
