I am officially changing my review of these careless men, first I'd like to say I have not changed my opinion of the owner I believe he is an honorable decent man trying to grow a business I do hope he reconsiders his hiring process or training techniques. I packed up my whole house myself so I knew exactly where everything was and labeled all the boxes to make our transition to our new home easy i even went out of my way to put "*" on heavy boxes so as the men wouldnt try to pick something up and hurt themselves I…

In their own words
We had to move my mother to an assisted living community on very short notice, and Ben and his crew were able to accommodate us quickly with grace and professional expertise. They arrived in time, packed everything carefully, and expertly set up her new home. I highly recommend Quality Moving & Storage!
Clear communication. Fair pricing. Detailed follow through. Would work with them every time.
Excellent! The guys came in, asked what needed to be moved. Got my stuff moved out within the hour and had them moved in within the next. I only had to tell them once. I couldn’t be happier. Very prompt and professional.
There are not enough words to fully express how grateful I am for this moving company and the people behind it. They came into my life during two of the most emotionally difficult moments I’ve ever experienced—first helping me move my mom into assisted living, and then, not long after, helping me through the process of clearing out her home after she passed. From the very beginning, they treated both my mom and our family with such genuine kindness, dignity, and respect.
